SantaSaidMyName makes personalized audio messages, videos and printable keepsakes in the voice of a fictional Santa Claus character, for entertainment. The voice is computer-generated. It is not a real person and not a recording of any actor.
You must be 18 or older to place an order. You confirm that you are the child's parent or guardian, or have their permission, and that the details you enter are yours to share. Orders are for personal, non-commercial use.
Santa never promises specific gifts. What arrives on Christmas morning is up to you.
What we collect: your email address, your first name if you give it, and the details you type about your child: a first name, how to pronounce it, age, and a few fun facts (a good deed, a gift hint, a pet or sibling, your town). If you add the Christmas Eve call, we collect the phone number and time you choose.
What we never collect: a child's last name, photo, email address, or school. Children do not use this site. Parents fill in the form.
How we use it: only to write, record and deliver your order, and to email you your download link. Your details are processed by the services that make the product work: Anthropic (writing the script), ElevenLabs (the voice), Stripe (payment), Resend (email) and Twilio (the phone call, if chosen). We do not sell or share your information for advertising.
How long we keep it: we delete children's details and order files after the holiday season, by the end of January. You can ask us to delete your order sooner by replying to any email from us.
You hear a free preview of Santa saying your child's name before you pay. If anything in the finished message is wrong, use the "Fix something" button on your download page and we'll redo it free. If it still isn't right, reply to your delivery email within 14 days and we'll refund you.
The Christmas Eve call is refunded automatically if it can't be delivered.
